Grady spent twenty of his thirty years in technology as chief information officer at real estate franchisors, among them Prudential, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fathom and RE/MAX, close to the transactions an inspection report serves.
Andy Adams
Andy builds technology companies. He co-founded Parago and was its chief technology officer through its $290 million acquisition, after technology strategy and transformation work at Microsoft, Accenture and PwC.
Grady and Andy also run RareAether, an AI strategy and implementation firm in Dallas.
