How the billing works

Five free reports, on every plan

Reports one through five are free whichever plan you pick. All five cost nothing, and none of them starts your plan.

The sixth report starts your plan

Your sixth report starts your selected plan and is the first one you are billed for. When you share the fifth, Doxvora tells you that your next report starts your plan, so the change never arrives as a surprise.

You are billed when you share

Capturing an inspection, generating a report, and reviewing it all cost nothing. Sharing the finished report with your client is the billable step, and re-sharing the same report never bills you twice.

Change or cancel anytime

Manage your plan from your account, whenever you like. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
